You’ll see the grinding of sorghum on a horsedrawn mill, cooking the syrup over an open firepit and packaging fresh molasses for you to take home. You may even be offered fresh homemade biscuits with hot molasses poured into the center. By the way, it’s okay to lick your fingers.
