OKA Kapassa – Return to Cold Water – Native American Indian Festival, 1 Spring Park Road, Spring Park, Tuscumbia  Fri.  9 am – 2 pm; Sat. 10 am – 9 pm.  Friday is for school groups, the public is also invited.  12 Native American Tribes are represented to celebrate their culture and traditions.  Dancing, storytelling, arts & crafts, native foods, special lighting of the torches at theBig Spring, water show and special tributes.  Vendor Contact: (256) 757-4438  FREE for the public
