The Natchez Trace Parkway invites children and their families to come enjoy the Read with a Ranger program at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at the Parkway Visitor Center. This month’s featured story is “Noisy Bird Sing-Along.”

TUPELO, MS – The Natchez Trace Parkway invites children and their families to come enjoy the Read with a Ranger program at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 11, 2017, at the Parkway Visitor Center. This month’s featured story is “Noisy Bird Sing-Along.” Listen to a symphony of birdcalls and find out how you can sound like them too! Visitors of all ages will find themselves calling out “Who Cooks for You” just like the barred owl.

Read with a Ranger is a 45-minute program that is most appropriate for ages six and under, but everyone is welcome. Participants will listen to a story, join in a fun activity, and go on an optional and easy half-mile hike. Read with a Ranger features a new story on the second Saturday of the month.
