The 18-hole “Eagle Ridge” course at the Eagle Ridge Golf Course facility in Raymond, Mississippi features 6,526 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 68.5 and it has a slope rating of 112.ย Eagle Ridge golf course opened in 1958.ย Anthony Price manages the course as the General Manager/ Head Golf Professional.

Mamie’s Cottage, circa 1840, is located next to the Dupree House. The house consists of two large front rooms accessed from the gallery and two smaller rear ‘cabinet’ rooms.’ The two main rooms feature fireplaces equipped with gas logs and fronted by finely detailed Greek Revival and Federal influenced mantelpieces.
Guests at Mamie’s Cottage can choose from two suites each featuring queen sized beds, sitting area, cable TV, VCR, refrigerator, and telephone. A full southern breakfast is served by the hosts in the Dupree House.

Cedarwood, listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the “Porter House,” is the residence of Bob & Jeannie Chunn and serves as the “Cedarwood Bed & Breakfast.”ย The home had its origins as a single room squatter’s cabin constructed in the late 1820’s or early 1830’s.ย Numerous additions and renovations through about 1850 brought the house to its present configuration.
Cedarwood is a Bed & Breakfast establishment in downtown Raymond, convenient to the Hinds County Courthouse, downtown businessesย and restaurants.
Cedarwood’s public spaces are finely furnished in antiques.ย Great attention was paid in the restoration process to ensure that each detail was authentic to the period of the Ninetenth Century.ย Of course, concessions were made for modern comfort and convenience.ย Yes, there is air conditioning and running indoor water; not to mention electric lights, cable televisions, and even wireless internet.
