With each season, the South brings us new gifts to explore, but it’s hard to deny the sheer delight of autumn. As soon as the leaves begin to turn and the days grow cooler, we lean full-force into our favorite fall activities, recipes, and routines. (It is for this reason that I often show up for the third Saturday in September—the Tennessee vs. Florida football game—in a long-sleeve shirt, begging fall to join us amid continuing 85-degree days.)
