Old Capitol Inn

Our “Inn” as your home away from home. Many guests ask about the building that houses our quaint establishment. Built in 1952, the building was home to the YWCA (Young Women’s Christian Association), which rented dorm style rooms to young women who had relocated to Jackson from small rural Mississippi towns to work. The Old Capitol Inn is owned and operated by the Malouf family, lifetime residents of Jackson; We take pride in showcasing our beautiful city and showing the true meaning of southern hospitality.
